The Buzzer on this bike is loud. I find it embarrasing. The buzzer is under the "tank". I put a piece of tape over the buzzer and now it is very quiet. I find that much better. This will of course make the alarm inefective but I don't care abouthavingan alarm.

The shifter is known to be sloppy. They did a cheap fix and adding a spring washer. No matter how tight I made the screw the shifter worked itself off of the shaft. I ended up changing the screw from a torx to a 10mm bolt and I could wrench down on it. I also added a second bolt to hold the shifter on. It's tight now but there should be a better fix. It needs to have a press fit sleeve to remove  the slop.

The eco/sport switch is backwards. It is just an on/off switch that creates an open or closed loop. The large button closes the loop (on) and the smaller switch opens the loop (off) If you unplug the switch it is then an open loop and stays in sport mode. I unplugged mine and removed the switch. I sealed off the plug so water can't get into. I would never want the bike to be in eco mode but it would be very simple to put it back if I wanted to.
